What do I do next?

How do I make payment?

Once we receive confirmation to process the change, we can send you a link via text or email to make payment.

If you pay by monthly instalments this amount will be added to your finance agreement. Close Brothers will be in touch to advise of your new direct debit amount.

If we do not hear from you, we will not make any changes to your policy. We cannot backdate cover and so immediate changes will take effect as soon as payment has been received.
