Customers can get in touch with the agent team through a few different channels. These are;
- Email - Macro's
- Telephone (between 9.00am and 5pm weekdays and 9.00am to 1.30pm Saturday)
- Live chat (between 9.30am and 4.30pm weekdays and 9.30am to 1pm Saturday), shortcuts
- Instagram (auto message off between 9.30am-4.30pm), will come through as a chat to the team. Outside these hours then auto response comes on.
- Facebook (auto response is switched on during working hours), will come through as a chat to the team.
