A release to the Stroll platform was launched 22nd June 2022, which enabled functionality on the platform so that documents that are generated following an MTA are delivered automatically to a customers account.
Training notes can be found here. If you do not have access to this link, please refer to your manager.
What a customer see’s when they complete an MTA:
When a customer completes an MTA with an agent, they will view an ‘upcoming documents’ section on their customer account if the effective date of the MTA is in the future.
The upcoming documents section is a tertiary level page that will show any new documents organised by effective date of change.
What a customer see’s when they complete multiple MTA’s:
If the customer completes multiple future MTA’s, by default the closest dated MTA will appear expanded, with any other future MTA’s defaulted to be collapsed.
The customer can expand and collapse each section to access the documents that they wish to view.
What happens to the customer’s old documents?
When an MTA comes into effect, the upcoming documents will transition to the Active documents state, and any active documents that have been replaced will move to archived.
MTA Email Communication:
When a customer completes an MTA, they will receive an email update to confirm that the change has taken place.
Cancelled MTA’s:
If a customer wishes to cancel their MTA (prior to the MTA date coming into effect), then any future MTA documents will be removed from the customer account.
The customer will then receive an email to confirm that their change will not take place.
