Putting policy on Cover via Agents
- If client HAS NOT done a quote online with us – go to Prospect – New prospect - change the exec to AGE and fill out their details – create a new PC quote – go through details as normal
- If client HAS done a quote with us online – find their quote and make sure you change the Exec to AST in the client page (level 1) as well as the quote page (level 2)
- Requote and go through the quote details as normal. Make sure to ask about access to other vehicles and consent to Searches.
- Save to Prospect – Complete policy – go through the steps on Ogi
- When you get to the Yes Screens (Printing Props) make sure you delete the LASERF from the printer and leave it as SPQG:
- Then proceed to Global Pay to take the payment – either in full or the deposit (remember to pause the call recording ##11 to pause **2 to resume). Ensure to note down the authorisation code once the payment has gone through
- Check the QA frame for the Premium before and after discount – note this down as you will need it for the Abby Frame
- Then create your Abby Frame – Go to Process Frames – Create Transaction/Payment – Complete NON OWM Policy – input the Exec as AGE (if quote done from scratch) or AST (if client has done a quote online and we’re requoting) - fill out your inception date, etc.
- If client is paying DD then select Yes to Finance and Yes to New – this will open up a new frame (BFH) to put the DD details in to
- In the premium box, put the premium before discount, then fill out the amount of discount – this should then match the Insurance premium the client got. Then add any Add Ons
- The fill out your Abby frame Middle Screen – if client paid in full, put the total amount in (including add ons), if client paying direct debit, put the amount of deposit paid
- If client has paid via DD ensure you set the Finance up on Close Brothers
- In your notes in the Abby Frame, put in the Authorisation code from Global Pay
- Accept – policy now live
- Check the Agent portal and make sure policy is there. Set the follow up date to 7 days after the Inception date
- On Zendesk update the End User to ‘’customer’’ and input their Ogi ref and telephone number or create a New End user if quoted from scratch (AGE)
