Courtesy Car - No one likes to be left without the use of their car, even for a few days. Unfortunately if your car is written off following an “at fault” accident, a fire or a theft in which the vehicle has not been recovered you could find yourself with no car. Don’t let public transport be your only option. For just £15 you can buy a Stroll Courtesy Car Policy which will get you back on the road and save you having to pay expensive car hire charges, by providing you with a courtesy car for up to 21 days. This will not cover any additional fee your insurer may apply.

Legal Expenses - Legal protection is something that most people only think about once they’ve had an accident and the cost of legal fees to recover your losses can run into thousands of pounds if you’re unprotected. Our Motor Legal policy is with ARC Legal Assistance, it will provide up to £100,000 legal cover for the recovery of uninsured losses such as recovery of your policy excess, pursuing compensation for any injury sustained, £25,000 cover for defence of motoring prosecutions, it applies to Non-Fault Accidents for any one claim. Included in this protection is an invaluable 24/7 legal helpline for advice on any legal matter, not just in relation to an accident. Claims are subject to reasonable prospect of success and at a cost of just £15 most of our customers take this protection.

SmartFob KeyCare - The cost of replacing car keys can be really expensive these days or even having to pay someone to come out if you’ve locked yourself out of your home can be a lot too. KeyCare provides up to £1,500 cover for the policyholder and any immediate member of their family, together with named drivers of the vehicle, for any insured keys attached to the Fob which are lost or stolen, anywhere in the world. Cover includes locksmith charges, no excess applies and your no claims bonus will not be affected. A maximum of £100 will be paid per incident for a broken key or where a key breaks in a lock or ignition.
SmartFob Keycare also gives you some additional features such as locating your keys or finding your mobile phone using the handy electronic fob or mobile app. The cost of SmartFob KeyCare is just £25.00.

An excess is a great way of reducing the cost of your insurance premium, however claims often happen at the most inappropriate times when we don’t always have the funds in our account to cover the excess such as the week before payday. An Excess Protect policy will reimburse the excess amount you may have paid provided the claim is more than the total policy excess at the time of the incident and is reported within a 31 day period to the insurer – AXA Assistance. You can select from several bands that set the total amount you can claim for during the policy regardless of the number of claims you make.
If client had Cover last year - Excess Protect cover is provided by AXA Assistance, it reimburses the excess paid following a claim provided the amount of claim is more than the total policy excess applicable at the time of the claim. Claims must be reported to the insurer within 31 days. You can select from several bands that set the total amount you can claim for during the policy regardless of the number of claims you make.
