A Risk Review must be completed on all New Business/Renewals and Rebrokes (TNB).
If the customer does not proceed on the same day this Risk Review stands for 14 days
Remember we can only guarantee the actual price for 5 days
Clear notes of when the Risk Review was completed must be added to Zendesk with the OGI prospect.
A follow up question of "Since our last call has any of the information on your policy changed or need updated?" must be asked on the going on cover phone call (within 14 days of first RR)
If another agent completes the first risk review and you pick up the call to proceed with cover, you must complete the risk review again regardless of how many days ago it was.
