Can customers insure with Stroll if they do not have a smartphone?
Short answer, Yes. However, the customer must be made aware that Stroll is a digital first business and in order to complete the policy verification processes the customer will have to upload their documents digitally to Stroll.
How can a customer upload their documents digitally?
A customer can upload their documents digitally either via the Stroll Insurance native apps (iOS & Android) or via the customer account which is available via desktop and mobile web browsers.
What to advise the customer if they do not have a smartphone?
"As long as you have access to a computer or laptop and you are able to upload your documents to that computer then you will be able to add your documents to your customer account via your web browser.
If you have no smartphone, and you are not able to upload your documents via your computer then we will not be able to complete your policy verification.
