Once a customer has advised they are proceeding, follow the below steps
• Change code from WEB to AST (started online) or AGE (started on phone
end to end) depending on how sales proceeds. Make sure both level 1 and
prospect/quote reference are updated and match
• Make sure customer’s email address is in level 1 and delete NEGX and AO frame (put the addons as a diary note onto the customer account)
• Complete the ABBY frame, making sure you have looked on QA for the
discount (this is then put in as discount 62) and price at the bottom of ABBY
frame should now match price quoted
• If the customer is paying in full, take the payment on Global pay and then
add the auth code into the bottom notes section. Put this amount in the
payment received and debit card
• If the customer is paying by dd with a deposit, just put the deposit amount
paid on the ABBY frame and again add the auth code on bottom. When you
choose yes to dd a second frame BFH will populate this will allow you to put
in the account number and sort code and then you can set up on Close. Put
the close reference into notes if you are out of the ABBY frame.
• Add the addons on this frame for those docs to be sent
• When completing policy to go on cover then take out ‘LASER’ on SPQG:
• Once ABBY frame is completed then check the OPM to see if client has left
the Q
• Check agent portal for client to appear and insert date as 7 days after inception date
• Check customer is on Zendesk as a customer now (with contact info and customer ref) and other tickets are all under the one user
