What is the problem?
A customer cannot open the optional extra's pdf. When they click on the link they view a screen that looks like this:
Why does this happen?
This happens because the user has had their tab open for a long period of time. The document links are timed to expire after a certain length of time for security reasons.
What should they do?
The customer should refresh their window and try to access the document again, this should work.
