• DPA and Duty of Disclosure script sent  
• Confirm the change needed – COV, Add driver etc 
• Confirm the correct risk you are changing (car reg) 
• Send link to complete form or macro with info request (listed by MTA in macros) 
• Complete the quote on OGI 
• Return quote premium to the customer by email or in live chat 
• Customer confirms they want to proceed 
• Send paylink or add to current DD if applicable  
• When payment is received process change on OGI 
• Confirm change is made by macro or in live chat this already includes email script
