We have been working in the background to set up a lead share agreement with AbbeyAutoline. Stroll has seen a significant increase in quotes and new business over the past few months and there is an opportunity to pass some of our leads that we cannot covert to AbbeyAutoline.
AA use a panel of insurers and can offer quotes for certain criteria which isn't available in Stroll. For example, young drivers, over 80s, introductory no claims bonus etc.
We are working with LV to expand the age range and criteria that we can quote for; this is a work in progress.
In the meantime, we can share the opportunity to quote and convert leads within the group. This is mutually beneficial as it positively affects group performance which ultimately benefits Stroll.
Process:
Stroll:
· Customer quotes with Stroll
· Exec code will be CWEB WEB or AGE
· Stroll cannot convert quote/no quotes
· Customer agrees to be passed to AA using below script
· Transfer to 31520
· These are warms transfers do not pass straight through. This goes to the LD NB Team
· Once customer connected to AA agent -> Exec code updated on Stroll OGI to ALS (AbbeyAutoline - Lead Shared)
· We will track these leads each month

If you would like I could pass you through to our sister company AbbeyAutoline for a quote if you haven't already tried them. They have access to a few different insurers who might be competitive with your particular car and circumstances. They'll have to run through a quote again for you but it should only take a few minutes and could be worth a try.
Key points that cannot be missed from this script:
· We must get customers consent to pass through to AA or we will be in breach of contract with CNI and their privacy policy
· We must check if they have already quoted with AA/already with them. This saves frustration for everyone and we can get them to the correct team if they are a renewal. 31520 is a NB team only.
· We must advise they will need to complete the quote from scratch. We have explored options of linking OGI however this is not something we can do at the minute.

We do not want to keep Stroll agents on the phone with AA agents for lengthy time periods passing information so this will be a quick warm transfer.
