Signable Homescreen
This shows status of all ‘envelopes’ that have been sent. On left hand side, this shows where the templates are stored and where to edit the email branding.
Click ‘New Envelope’
Select either ‘Break in Cover’ template or ‘Young Driver Declaration September 2022’
Input information of customer to be sent to:
1. Party Name
2. Party Email
Select ‘Signer 1’ for the template that has been chosen
You can select to add reminders or expiration if required
Press ‘Send Envelope’
(This will go to customer to complete and will appear on the dashboard as pending until customer has completed).
When the customer returns the Young Driver Declaration or break in cover, they will move from status from 'In Progress' to 'Signed'.
When the customer signs the envelope, there will be an open ticket / notification created on Zendesk for this but do not reply to this ticket as it will have 'Signable' cc'd in the email. You need to go into Signable and download the document and then upload it to the Agent portal. You can then solve the open Zendesk ticket with an internal note 'document uploaded to agent portal and verified'. You will already have a validation ticket pending for this customer so you can just add another internal note 'signable document uploaded and verified'.
Tip - For the Young Driver Declaration, they must upload a copy of the v5 form for the documents to submit. This will be further down the screen on Signable where it has an option to 'Show more results' so make sure to download this copy of the V5 and upload it to the agent portal as well.
