ODC will sometimes fail to render documents. This will be apparent if the name of the documents have changed from black to red eg Statement of Facts, or there is a loading icon ( cog ) beside the name of the documents and the document won’t change to a PDF file.
Cog:
If the documents don’t render, then they will not reach the client portal so ODC queue should be monitored regularly.
Action:
Usually, an ODC reset will allow documents to start rendering, this needs to be done by IT or Systems
- Log a support request via task tracker
- If no reply to support request, Email IT@prestigeholdings.co.uk and ask for a ODC queue reset as docs not rendering
If the above doesn’t fix the issue, then we will have to ask Open GI for an ODC queue reset, this will be requested via their service desk. You can ask any administrator to log this for you.
